How the panel works
- You add funds with one of the payment methods listed on the Add funds page, then pay for each order from that balance. The price is the service rate per 1,000 times the quantity, shown before you confirm.
- Orders are sent for delivery automatically as soon as they are placed, and their status, start count and remaining quantity keep updating on the Orders page.
- Each service shows its minimum and maximum quantity and whether it supports refill, cancellation and drip-feed (delivery spread over several runs).
- Resellers can place and track the same orders through the API, or open a child panel under their own brand.
Refunds, refills and complaints
When an order ends as partial or canceled, the part that was not delivered is refunded to your balance automatically, at the moment the status changes. Refunds go to the panel balance, not back to the original payment method.
If counts drop after delivery on a service marked Refill, you can request a refill from the Orders page or the API within the refill period shown on that service. Cancellation can be requested while an order is still running on services that allow it.
Anything else — an order stuck with an error, a delivery you believe is incomplete, a refund you expected but do not see — is handled by our support team. Sign in and open a support ticket with the order ID and the link. The full rules are in the refund policy.
