Terms of Service

The rules for using 9SMM.COM: your account, your balance, how orders are priced and delivered, API access and child panels. Refund details live in the Refund policy, and data handling in the Privacy policy.

Agreement

These terms apply when you create an account on 9SMM.COM, add funds, place orders on the website or through the API, or run a child panel. By using the panel you agree to them. We may update them; the date at the top of this page shows the last change. What we store about you and why is explained in the Privacy policy.

Your account

  • Give a working email address — it is used to verify your account and to reset your password.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your login and your API key. Keep both private and change them if you think they have leaked.
  • We may suspend or ban an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or tries to interfere with other users.

Adding funds

  • Your balance is prepaid: orders can only be placed while the balance covers the full price.
  • Instant payment methods are credited automatically once the payment is confirmed. Manual transfers are credited after our team has checked them, so include the transaction reference.
  • Each method has its own minimum amount, shown on the Add funds page.
  • When a deposit bonus is running, the bonus for your amount is shown before you pay and is added as balance credit together with the deposit.
  • Balance is for buying services on the panel. There is no cash-out, and refunds are credited back to balance.

If a payment you made is not credited, open a ticket with proof of payment.

Orders and pricing

  • The price of an order is the service rate per 1,000 at the moment you place it, multiplied by the quantity. The full amount is taken from your balance immediately and does not change later, even if the service rate changes.
  • Each service has a minimum and maximum quantity. Orders outside that range are rejected before you are charged.
  • Make sure the link is correct and public for the whole delivery. A private, deleted or wrong-format link usually means the order cannot be delivered.
  • Delivery times shown on services are estimates based on recent orders, not guarantees.
  • Progress is measured against the start count taken when delivery begins. Followers or likes the account gains or loses on its own in the meantime are not part of the order.

Refunds, cancel and refill

Orders that close as partial or canceled are refunded to your balance automatically for the part that was not delivered. Cancel requests are available only on services that support them and only while the order is still running; refill requests only on services marked Refill, within the refill period.

The exact rules and the refund formula are in the Refund policy, which is part of these terms.

API use

The API lets you list services, place orders, check status, request refills and cancellations, and read your balance. API orders are charged and refunded exactly like website orders and appear in the same order list. Your API key gives full access to your balance, so treat it like a password. See the API page for details.

Child panels

A child panel is your own branded panel running on our services. Your customers pay our rate plus the markup set for your panel, and the base cost is taken from your balance. Orders placed on your panel follow the same delivery and refund rules described here. Plans and what they include are listed on the child panel page.

Support and contact

For questions about an order, a payment or your account, open a support ticket — include the order ID or payment reference so we can find it quickly. You can also email [email protected]. The help docs answer the most common questions.
