9SMM Explained: Services, Prices and How It Works

9SMM is a wholesale SMM panel: a self-service site where you top up a balance, choose a service, paste a public link and let the order run automatically. This guide is written by the 9SMM team, so read it as a product explainer rather than an independent review — we have tried to be as specific about the limits as about the features.

What 9SMM is

An SMM panel is a storefront for social media services. 9SMM sits at the wholesale end of that market: the rates are per 1,000 units, there is no monthly subscription for the panel itself, and the same price list is open to a creator buying 100 Telegram members and to an agency buying a million TikTok views.

Three things define how 9SMM works day to day:

  • Public prices. The full service list is visible without an account, so you can compare before you register.
  • Links only. You never give us a password, an OTP or access to an account. Every service takes a public profile, post or video URL.
  • Automatic dispatch. Orders go to delivery the moment they are placed, around the clock, not when a human picks them up.

What you can order right now

The catalogue moves, so the counter on the homepage is the honest answer at any given moment. As of this writing the live list is built around three networks:

NetworkServices availableTypical minimum
FacebookPage followers, profile followers, group members, post reactions, custom and real comments5–100
TelegramChannel and group members, non-drop variants10
TikTokViews100

We also run landing pages for Instagram, YouTube, X / Twitter and Spotify. Those networks are part of the roadmap and stock rotates, so check the live list rather than a blog post before you plan a campaign around one of them.

How pricing works

Every rate is quoted in USD per 1,000 units, and the charge is simply:

rate × quantity ÷ 1,000

A service at $0.138 per 1,000 delivering 5,000 followers costs $0.69. The panel shows the exact figure before you confirm, and the amount leaves your balance at that moment, not on completion.

At the bottom of the list the cheapest line is currently TikTok Views at $0.0075 per 1,000. That number is real, and it is also the reason we wrote a separate guide on the cheapest SMM panel trap: a rate that low only matters if the order actually completes. Our SMM price index exists so you can sanity-check any panel's rates, including ours, against the wider market.

Balances are held in USD. If you are in Vietnam, India, Brazil or one of the other 19 country pages, prices are also displayed in local currency at a stated conversion rate — the charge itself is still USD.

How an order actually runs

  1. Pick the service and read its description. Start time, speed, refill window and whether cancel is allowed are listed per service, not panel-wide.
  2. Paste the link. A profile link for followers, a post or video link for reactions and views. Wrong link type is the single most common cause of a failed order.
  3. Set the quantity inside the min–max shown.
  4. Confirm. The charge is deducted and the order enters the queue.
  5. Watch the status. Pending → In progress → Completed, with Partial and Canceled as the other two endings. We explain each one in SMM order status.

If the service supports it, you can also drip-feed: split the quantity across 2–100 runs with an interval of up to 1,440 minutes between them, so 10,000 views arrive over two days instead of two hours. Drip-feed and refill explained covers when that is worth doing.

Payments and your balance

You add funds once and spend from a single balance. Automatic methods credit it as soon as the payment confirms:

  • Crypto and USDT through Cryptomus and Heleket
  • Binance Pay / Binance UID
  • Local bank transfer in supported countries, including Vietnam

There is no card-on-file and no recurring charge. The full breakdown, including which method clears fastest, is in SMM panel payment methods.

Refills, cancels and refunds

This is where panels differ most, so here is the specific version:

  • Refill is available on services labelled with a refill window — most commonly 30 days, with one Facebook followers service carrying a 365-day non-drop label. You request it from the Orders page inside that window.
  • Cancel is available on services marked Cancel, while the order is still Pending, In progress or Processing.
  • Refunds for Partial and Canceled orders are automatic and proportional to the undelivered amount. The money returns to your panel balance, not to your card or wallet. That is deliberate — it keeps refunds instant — but it is worth knowing before your first deposit. The refund policy spells it out.

What 9SMM does not do

Being clear about this saves everyone a support ticket:

  • We do not guarantee that delivered accounts will like, comment or buy. Engagement services add numbers and social proof; they do not create customers.
  • We do not guarantee zero drop on every service. Drop happens, which is exactly why refill windows exist and why they are printed per service.
  • We do not log into your accounts, and we will never ask for a password or a two-factor code.
  • We do not control platform policy. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X all have rules about inauthentic engagement — Meta's Community Standards are a good example — and buying engagement carries a risk you should weigh. Is an SMM panel safe? is our honest take.

Tools for resellers and agencies

If you are buying for clients rather than for yourself:

  • API v2 — add orders, check status, request refills and cancels, and read your balance programmatically. Endpoint, parameters and error strings are documented.
  • Mass order — paste many link/quantity pairs at once instead of one form at a time.
  • Child panel — a white-label panel on your own domain, from $10/month, running on our infrastructure with your markup. New child panel spots are paused at the time of writing; you can register and ask support to be notified.

If you are weighing those options against building your own stack, child panel vs own panel and how to start an SMM panel business go deeper.

Is 9SMM right for you?

Probably yes if you buy in volume, want public pricing, and are comfortable with a USD balance and crypto or bank top-ups. Probably no if you need a full-service agency, want an invoice-and-net-30 relationship, or need Instagram and YouTube stock guaranteed in writing today.

The lowest-risk way to find out is the one we recommend to everyone: create a free account, deposit a small amount, run one order on the smallest quantity a service allows, and see how the status, the timing and the support ticket queue behave before you scale.

FAQ

Is 9SMM legit? 9SMM.COM LLC operates the panel, prices and terms are public, and refunds for undelivered quantity are automatic. The fairest way to judge any panel, including this one, is a small first order rather than a review page — ours included.

Do I need to give 9SMM my password? No. Every service works from a public link. If any panel asks for a password or an OTP, stop.

What is the minimum deposit? It depends on the payment method's own minimum; the Add funds page shows the figure for each one at checkout.

How fast are orders delivered? Start time and speed are listed per service. Dispatch is automatic and immediate, but delivery pace is set by the service you choose, not by the panel.

Can I resell 9SMM services? Yes — through the API, through mass order, or with a child panel under your own brand. See SMM reseller pricing for margin maths.
